Suggest you contact Lt Tim McGuire at the Flight Safety Office of Coast
Guard Headquarters in Washington DC. His phone number is (202) 267-1884
(sorry, I don't have an E mail address). The Coast Guard has a very good
CRM course that is heavily helo-oriented, focusing on all of the areas
you mentioned. Tim can also direct you to the pilot at the Aviation
Training Center in Mobile, AL that controls all of the case study inputs
for initial and recurrent CRM training. Finally, Bob Hamilton of our
company (and of the CRM Devel Group) has just come from the Navy ACT
(read CRM) office in Pensacola. I'll ask him to respond if he has any
additional ideas on source info.
