=====How about the Russian vs Saudi 747 crash in India...not too long ago.??

Near miss between 747 and C-5 or 141 over Australia at high altitude some
time ago??

The famous 747 crash into a hill over in Malaysia back in the late 80's???
That was a really good example of crew coordination breakdown.

There was an approach into Korean Kwanju or some airport down south of
Kunsan....by an asiana airlines where they impacted a hill and lost a 737.
