The Aviation Safety Foundation Australia (ASFA) is in the process of
cranking up. Amongst their early activities is a CRM course, to be held
in Melbourne, early in May. The course is 'generic', as in, it's meant
to demonstrate principles from which you can, over time, develop your
own training within and suited to your particular airline culture. The
