I've been collecting video references for several years but I haven't got
one for the Everglades crash. I'll be interested in seeing if anyone else
has a source.
There are no comprehensive collections of CRM videos. Some groups have
decent research libraries, e.g. NASA U/T, but most airline in-house videos
are never reported or made available externally for a variety of reasons
(litigation, administration of sales, proprietary data...). I worked out
an arrangement with NWA a few years ago to source some of theirs through
NATCO but when I phoned the contact name, nobody knew anything about it!
And trying to get something out of JVIA can be pretty interesting too.
If NASA U/T can't help I believe Norm Komich at USAir Shuttle was trying to
set up an ALPA library. I have about 230 videos listed in the CRM Resource
db, but how reliable the citations are I can't say and Everglades is not
one of 'em.
Good hunting,

>I have 2 questions, and hope that one of you may be able to assist
me. I have been trying to locate any location that may have CRM training
videos. I have done some searching and have been unable to find a good
source.
In particular I am looking for Eastern Airlines Flight 401, "The
Everglades accident." <
