On February 25, 1998 I wrote the JAA a letter in which I asked them about the
copyright on the JARs. I purchased the JAR-FCL. There is nothing about
copyright writen in/on the JAR-FCL. This does not mean that there is no
copyright. I would believe there is, but for positive confirmation I asked
the JAA.
I keep everybody informed if I know more.
