This question comes up a lot, doesn't it? I don't see why we can't scan
and post the regs to a website as an unofficial copy. I'll try to find out
what the Intellectual Property Rights situation is - if the material is
public domain there shouldn't be any reasonable objection to posting. If
someone already knows whether the JARs are copyright perhaps they could
post the info. here?
