Well all those replys Ive had to my letter! Quite a shock actually,
especially as I decided it was a bit to controversial and I better not send
it off. Oh well I expect I have to justify myself now.

This morning Ive got to run a half day on `Managing Disruptive Passengers'
which is a bit of a hot topic in Commercial at the moment, especially since
Oasis made such idiots of themselves on the Cathay flight into Oz last week.

So I will get back to you soon.
