As I've just told Hugo, I suspect the answer will be no - at least that was
the view a few years ago. However there are other effective training
materials around which make the same point about anti-CRM crew. I like the
Fedex Capt. Queeg vignette (aka the preflight brief from hell) which is
instructionally neat because someone always says "Sure, but that doesn't
really happen, does it?" to which the answer is yes, it does. (What was
that crash where the CVR had the Capt. telling the F/O "you just look out
the window while I fly the plane"?)
It certainly never hurts to ask Neil about topics like this - he has a
wealth of CRM-related experience and information.
