We embarked upon this project within SAA about 2 years ago prior to
introducing AQP. It has by and large been very successful. If you provide me
with an address I shall try and find the generic documentation(which was
provided to each fleet to see what could and what couldn't be
standardised)and I will mail it to you. I would offer to put it on the net
but I can't remember how much of the original documentation is still
available on a disk. We have a mixed fleet of Boeing and Airbus aircraft
with Glass and Analogue Cockpit versions of B-747s, A320s A300s B-767,
B-737s. This required some careful thought prior to the introduction of
