Way to GO Suren! Now you're on the right path..synergy...breaking down the
real "cause" of automation errors. Technical writing and information
transfer..or should I say effective communication. I tseems to me that CRM
extends far beyond the flight deck into other groups working together. You
just hit the target. Support services.
And then I remember the old Chuck yeager comment " Don't strap onto any
machine until you've read every damn thing there is to read about that
machine, twice. Know your equipment."
