I am looking for information on operator cross fleet standardization
philosophies with respect to cockpit standard operating procedures
(SOPs), call outs and check lists (i.e. EXCLUDING the hardware).
Are this kind of philosophies often written in operator manuals? If they
are and are also available, could someone post examples to the list? I
am especially interested in fleets with mixed generation and
manufacturer aircraft.
What are Your opinions on this? How much should the SOPs, call outs and
check lists be standardized between different generation and
manufacturer aircraft within an operator? Which quidelines should be
used?
This information would be used on my masters thesis at the Helsinki
University of Technology (Finland). The topic is cross fleet
standardization of SOPs, call outs and check lists in a fleet of
different generation aircraft.

PS. I am currently studying aeronautical engineering at the Helsinki
University of Technology and psychology at the Helsinki University.
