I went into my CD-ROM copy of 8400.10 (through change 10) looking for
guidance on specific approval/acceptance of CRM programs and found very
little. I suspect that most approvals are being done based on the guidance
in FAA Advisory Circular 120-51B, which is available on the CRM Developers
web site at:

Hugo raised some interesting questions relating to "cowboy" pilots and how
their performance impacts CRM training programs. Perhaps some of our
members who are dealing with these issues on a daily basis can address this
better than I. Also, Bob Helmreich has talked about the problem of
"boomerang" trainees who actually get worse after CRM training. I would be
itnerested in hearing from one of our NASA/UT/FAA mambers on that topic.
