I am doing research regarding CRM training within basic flight training (any
level from ab initio to CFI) and am looking for information in two areas:
1. the educational psychology concepts upon which basic flight training is
premised. I have a copy of "The Psychology of Flight Instruction" by Telfer
and Biggs, but am particularly interested in how instructional theory
connects with and relates to the experiential learning cycle.
2. The organisational behaviour concepts that underpin CRM training, if any
exist. I am trying to understand CRM training theory for getting pilots, at
any level of experience to examine and modify their behaviour.
I would be grateful for any help/ papers/ suggestions. I hope that I have
been specific enough (and not too elementary) in my request.
