At Delta Air Lines, Inc. we are addressing training issues relating to
cockpit automation with a 4 hour course called Introduction to
Automation (IA2), that all pilots transitioning to glass cockpit
aircraft are required to take.The class teaches Delta's automation
philosophy and includes accident & incident discussions related to
automation.
