Help !!
The JAA have produced a requirement for pilots to have completed a Multi
Crew Co-operation Course before commencing a type specific course upon
initial employment. I have been tasked with outlining it.
The content is partly HF orientated (naturally), and some of the specific
subjects are:
Interfaces
software, hardware, environment & liveware mismatches
Leadership/Followership & Authority
managerial, etc etc etc etc
Personality, Attitude & Motivation
conflict resolution, mediation, critique and team building
Communications
listening, feedback, participation
Any help that any of you experts can give me (by private e-mail) with
regard to websites & specific documentation would be more than appreciated,
as I am a Training Captain by profession.
The practical subjects thus present no problem.
I will post the resultant course outline, after inspection by Neil, for
critique if you wish.
