We are also in a similar position of designing an initial CRM input for
cabin crew.

We have been conducting joint safety training of flight and cabin crew
for the past four years, this has covered most of the areas required by
JAR OPS, but we want to put it properly under the CRM banner.

I would like to hear from anyone currently running this type of training,
especially those having flight and cabin crew together (is ther any other
way ?).
