Base-line CRM Course for Cabin Crew

I'll be in Auckland for recurrent the second half of April. We could
discuss the flight attendant CRM and some of the pitfalls. We've now done
most of the possible combinations of pilots and flight attendants in the
same class or separate classes for initial and recurrent. This year our
flight attendants have done both an initial and recurrent on their own.
