Base-line CRM Course for Cabin Crew

Having been training Flight Crew for some 6-7 years now we are about to
start doing base-line training for Cabin Crew.

I was wanting to know, what other operators were including in their initial
course, what the format was and any experiences that would be helpful when
designing initial training for cabin crew. I guess refresher training will
be the next request.
