The program attempts to address the entire airline operational
environment. In practice, the course is quite heavily weighted towards
inflight and flight ops as most participants are from those two
departments. This years program includes the following modules:
Behavioral Preferences
Conflict Resolution
Hypoglycemia and its effects of perfomance
Team Effectiveness Markers (reworked from NASA's Crew Perfomance Markers)
Application of Team Effectivenss Marker (Two Case Studies analyzed
in-depth)
Joint Emergency Procedures Training in the Simulator
Each year the program changes in response to participant feedback and
requests while ensuring we meet the requirements as laid out in the
Canadian Air Regs.
