Hi CRM gang
reviewing The Wrong Stuff video, I was surprised by the enfasis on the
"Right Stuff" of People Express experience.
Could any of our distinguished list members ilustrate us about the reasons
why that company get out of bussiness.
I read something a lot of years ago about the disrespect of cockpit culture,
etc.
