I have found the transcript from UAL 811 to be quite useful for developing
CRM awareness training curricula. I emailed a digital copy of the
transcript in .htm format to Neil today to post on the developers group web
site. I must add one caveat... I do not know from whom I received it or
that it is 100% accurate. If you are relying on the transcript for
absolute accuracy it would be best to get the NTSB report.
