The specific program you may want is "Blaming the Pilot", one of the
programs in the 4 "Survival in the Sky" series which was produced for
The Learning Channel - TLC.
The episode, and perhaps the series, was produced by David Darlow for
The Learning Channel.

The "Blaming the Pilot" episode has a very well done computer
recreation of the event on Tenerife, with discussions about the crews,
an interview with the Clipper flight F/O, and lots of other great
material on other noteable events. The graphic replay of the 2 x B747
collision, with KLM coming out of the fog and attempting to lift off,
is quite stunning. One is certainly struck by this recreation, (pardon
the pun).
