Including Flight Attendants and Maintenance Technicians

This is a nicely timed subject for me. I'm in final stages of rewriting
the second edition of my book "Fit To Fly", a manual about flight
physiology, fatigue, stress management, self medication, and a bunch of
other topics for all flight crew. I have purposefully included topics that
FAs deal with. However, to make it even more helpful and educational, I'm
putting in a section called "Frequently asked Questions by Fligtht
Attendants" about these topics in the cabin, which is often unique to those
FAQs and issues in the cockpit.

So, I'm soliciting FAQs from those FAs who are monitoring this thread. If
