Hello gang.
In order to speed up our CRM training we are looking into a LOFT =
facilitation course for our simulator and flight instructors.
(Boeing 737 and Fokker 50)
Our instructors will be knowledgeable in CRM issues and need further =
specialized training in facilitation techniques, use of behavioral =
markers in evaluation and assessment and LOFT mission development.
