A good book outlining this work is:
Hofstede, G. (1991). Cultures and Organizations: Intercultural
Cooperation and Its Importance For Survival. London: Harper Collins.
(ISBN 0 00 637740 8).
It explains all of Hofstede's original dimensions developed from the IBM
studies and describes some further work on organizational culture.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Joel.
