Without a doubt, Dr. Bob Helmreich's Performance Markers are the best place
to start your search for crew behavior markers. Several years ago, I felt
there was a need to put his markers in a slightly more operationally
oriented checklist format (somewhat presumptous of me I'm sure). I am
sure many others of this group have done the same thing. If you will
