I am finalising a 'design points' paper for Situational Awareness
training. It'll be ready to send on Monday and I'll get it to you
direct. Aimed at Australian ab initio (Thorndike, 'Primacy') pilots, it
will need to be 'translated' into your airline culture (eg, taking into
account issues such as PF - PNF relationship rules, authority gradients,
local drinking habits). However, doing the translation as small-group
exercises will itself be great crm training (Thorndike, 'Exercise').
My ideas on counter-fatigue would probably be less welcome.
