Last week our airline held CRM meeting conducted by great man Tony Kern.
On this meeting were invited chief pilots from almost all of Russian
major airlines as well as top military pilots. He kindly agreed to came
free of charge and conduct full day of training. We have never heard so
many interesting and clearly understandable things for even unprepared
in human factors field people. He shared with us great thoughts and
idias.He even manage to combine efforts of militarian and civilian
developers to the single aim SAVING HUMAN LIVES. And from now we have
agreed to meet each other on permanent basis to share our knowledge.
He is really great man and genuine aviator. He personally has not gotten
any benefits he come with one thing in mind to help us in development
full and comprehensive CRM course. He become our personal friend and we
are highly appreciate that.
My chief was so impressed by this meeting, I was promised to double my
CRM budget.
