Good question. Beside the traditional methods like scholarly
publications and industry conferences, there is the use of a networked
communications environment such as this mailing list or web based
conferencing systems. The advantage of this medium is wide access. The
disadvantage is that those who derive power or profit by restricting
access to information will not be likely to participate.
