I am Yang Jiazhong coming from China. Now I am majoring in personality psychology in Southwest China Normal University, and I will be awarded psychology M.D. in next month. After graduation, I will be a teacher in China Civil Aviation Flight college in which I teach "human factors in Flight " and "Crew Resources Management". I am happy to introduce my college to you.
She owns various aircrafts approximately to the number of 100, four sub-colleges, two air terminals, five special-purpose airfields, an airline company, an aircraft maintenance base and a flight simulator training center installed with simulators of various types of aircraft, which are distributed in six cites in the two provinces of Sichuan and Henan. Over 90% of the pilots taking flight on the hundreds of international and domestic routes and undertaking various aerial works have been trained and brought up in this college. The college has both splendid history and broad prospects ahead when a great number of pilots are needed in various airline companies in China. I am proud of working in this college, and I have been made a decision that I will be devoted to the research on the human factors and crew resources management. Human factors and crew resources management are very important in general aviation, but the research is far less developed in China. Of course, their app!
lication is also very poor.
I am still a stranger in these two domains, and I am eager to learn the more materials about the research on human factors and crew resources management. A few days ago,I found the website http://www.db.erau.edu/. It is a very useful site, and it has provided me much valueable information. I am eager to get in touch with specialist who who are dedicated to the research on human factors and crew resource management, but I don't know their email address.
