reminded me of something - For me, the adult training classroom has some
negative transfer affect associated with it, before I even begin. Every
time I go into this environment, I am reminded of many previous negative
'adult training' experiences conducted using this format (the butcher's
paper for group work, the whiteboard, the games...the manipulative or false
consultant). So before the new training even begins, I am skeptical, if not
cynical... for this reason alone it might be worth considering options.
I wonder if any of you have the same reaction to the standard classroom.
(Or am I revealing myself as an old cynic?)
