I think that the accident you mentioned happened on the 20th of November
1977 to a BAC-111 flying to Bariloche (Argentina). It was the number two
aircraft in a secuence of three and he managed, using tricks, to arrive
number one to their destination.He pressed the first approach that ended in
a go around and crashed on the second approach. Probably Hugo will know all
