I was just given a VERY interesting article on how the medical community is
approaching the implementation of human factors. It is the cover story of
the New York Times Magazine dated June 15, 1997 (the Magazine is Section 6
of that date's New York Times newspaper). The article is titled "How Can
We Save the Next Victim?" and is written by Lisa Belkin.
Unfortunately, this article does not appear to be included in the New York
Times web site, but should be available at many libraries. Enjoy!
