The following is to give Hugo a hand with a balky email system (though
mine isn't doing all that well either). Enjoy!

Hi Folks,
In three months we have implanted CRM both all over the country and the
aviation community, starting with a CRM Regulation dated on 07-apr-1997.
Know there are 4 Tasks Forces running (Regular, Non-Regular, General and
Services).
But managers continue to be reluctant in spend money for mexample for
more
LOFT with video-debriefings, etc. (consider that simulator are at 7.000
miles from here)...
Anyway, last meeting of the "regulars" (FAR 121) I exposed the legal
consequences for the security manager of Air-Inter who was charged for
negligent homicide for 87 pax killed at Mont Odille (Strassburg) 1992,
and
that argument caused a great impact.
I would like to continue playing the same melody.
Does anyone in this lovely info-line, have acurate data about the legal
consequences for managers or institutions after the Justice Virgil
Moshansky's Dryden Report en Canada; or any other legal consequences
after
an accident for those who are making money in the aviation bussiness and
investing too little in instruction ?
Thanks a lot you all.
Hugo
