CRM for Cabin Crew.

While cockpit crew are conversant with your CRM model the cabin crew will
not have any of the fundementals. You need to emphasize the comand
relationships and the comand structure so that the cabin crew does not
imply an excess of lattitude in operations. Synergy is not the same as
every one is equal. The goal is to ensure that the decision makers have
all the relevant information available in order to make the best possible
decision. Input is not the same as equal say. Respect for subordinates
and the inclusion of subordinates in the decision making process is not
the same as giving up decision making responsibility. Gerry
