The U.S. Air Force's Air Education and Training Command is currently
experimenting with an experiential training (experiential learning) CRM
program. FedEx currently uses this method in their CRM program written by
Mark Klair and his associates. He has also written an excellent paper on
the subject incorporating it into CRM training.
