I am looking for additional information beside the AC on Dispatch Resource
Management. I would love to hear about or get copies of what others are
doing in regards to this CRM like area at other carriers. I am in the final
stages of development of our DRM program at Midwest Express and want to make
sure that I have been heading down the right track these last few months.
The programs I am looking most for are those that cut across more then
dispatcher lines of communication. Our program is designed for our whole
Operations Control Center including dispatchers, mx controllers, crew
planners, pax service controllers and our commuter partners.
