That's impossible to determine as a general guidance. Our nutrional needs may
be constant, but how we acquire them is highly individualized. Some eat only a
big breakfast and nothing more, while others "graze" continuously. Nothing
wrong with any of these as long as they get the nutrition. There is no magic
about when you eat since we are all different. Futhermore, we can adjust to
other lifestyles that also work. Again, common sense.

Maybe I'm missing something here. Just what is the problem that you are
hearing?
