Thank you for the reponses, unfortunately I should have made myself clearer
in the original message. It was not the content of the food, but the
frequency. For instance, after what period would a crew's ability to
respond appropriately to a problem be affected due to their blood sugar
levels dropping? Should a crew on a 12 hour airborn time flight have a
meal, or two meals. or a meal every four hours, or would snacks suffice? I
have seen somewhere that there is guidance to eat a "hot" meal every 8
hours, I think it's in the British CAP 360. I would like to get more on
this subject. Thank You.
