Rien,

I am working with British Aerospace on a trial of a new training method for
accelerating behavioural change through CRM training. This method has been
used successfully in other commercial applications, so its use in CRM is
just another extension.

There is a possibility that I will be visiting my mother in Holland at the
end of September. Are you interested in having a
discussion/presentation/demonstration for yourself and a group of
interested people on this innovative methodolology?

You can read about what we have done with it on my web site.
