Dear Pam, the video was produced in house here at Cathay and was used
for last years joint refresher program. It was written and produced in
house completely. I played it at the last conference in Manly this year
where it attracted a lot of attention and requests for copies. It is
essentially a day in the life of a crew which involves stress,
communication styles, reactions, indifference etc etc. It can be
watched and debriefed in a number of ways. I am charging $115 US for
purchase and handling. If you would like a copy, please send my
