We did a try-out with an experimental CRM program for flight instructors
(general aviation) in an attempt to integrate flight school and ground
school. We worked with the Reason model, Kold (work- and learningstyles,
didactic principles as learning to learn. Maybe we could have an exchange
on this subject?
