I think you should keep in mind two important items: Credibility and
Liability.
Think of credibility in the aspects of yourself, your CRM department and your
airline. The most important aspect right now is the confidence of your pilot
group and passengers.
Of course there is the liability problem in the same areas mentioned above.
Protect yourself well. We use a saying here in CRM training that might apply:
"Let's do what is right, not who is right".
Maybe an extended retraining plan is in everyones best interest.
