Thanks for the feedback. I encourage the units i visit to do as you
indicate..group participation. And to have as many members possible in the
unit to "facilitate" sessions so that no one person is viewed as the "CRM
person" but that the unit sees all advocating the principles. Plus it takes
some of the workload off of the CRM program manager.
