I figured you two had your stuff together. That is the approach we took
when we set up our CRM class in the reserve C-5 unit at Dover back in 88 or
so. The package was a compilation of what our airline members were see at
their employeer programs. I provided the psychobabble part, they the aviator
part ( some from USAir, NWA, Delta, United etc.) and like you say the buy-in
was immediate. We intentional had a young loadmaster facilitate the main
portion to break down the "old culture". He did a great job. Thanks for
assuring ME that I think along the road more traveled.
