I totally agree, the most important thing that we can do is to spread
the word about CRM and try and get as many people to jump on the CRM
wagon. We still have alot of old traditional cultures that need to be
worked on, and I am open to as many different approaches that are out
there. I look forward to sharing information with you in the future.
Than you again for your assistance.

>>>Good Morning Tim Halen, and CRMers.
>>> Tim has already met me. I am John Breen, an air traffic controller at

>>> I am tasked with developing a CRM-like program for air traffic
>>>controllers, and have been at this since January'97. (Tim and I met at
>>>an Air Canada CRM course in April.) As I am singularly dedicated to
>>>this one task, I have made great strides in developing an "Air Traffic

>>>Awareness, Interpersonal Communication in the Operational Environment,
>>>Situational Awareness and SA Management, Decision Making. These are the

>>> Canada's Transportation Safety Board says that over 50% of air traffic
>>>services operational irregularities are induced through such human
>>>failings as lack of vigilance and poor SA. We intend to address these

>>>SA, and effective Decision Making. The first course will be offered to

>>>
>>>Tim, you will want to investigate a company in Toronto, called Human
>>>Synergistics Canada. For our TRM course, we are dealing with Human
