We are involved at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission in a
project called ADAMS (Human Factors in Maintenance and Dispatch) and, presently,
our task is to review and define possible subjects and contents of a Human Factors
Course for Maintenance Personnel.
I do not recall any discussion or information in our CRM-network concerning ongoing
activities in this area.
I am aware of ongoing work from papers presented at various conferences, such as
the Ohio Symposium On Aviation Psychology, but I would like to ask whether someone
is actually actively involved in CRM for Maintenance.
