Is there anyone out there who has tried to develop a CRM program following
the training manual that was published by the FAA last year. I have a
company that I am working with that is excited about developing an ACRM
program using the ideas in this manual but they are interested in talking to
anyone else who has already gone through the process. Any input would be
useful.
