Greetings from Eurocontrol, Brussels, Europe.
We published a report in 1996 about development and implementation of Team
Resource Management (TRM) and we are currently preparing an advice for
European roll-out of the TRM programme. This advice is based on
test-courses in Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Romania, France,
U.K., Germany, The Netherlands and Denmark. Some of these test-courses were
developed with a TRM "prototype"course. This prototype is outside ECAC area
property of DEDALE, a French company, who supported us in the development. I
will be happy to send you the 1996 TRM report (and the 1999 report as soon
as it is there, probably this summer) if you would pass me a postal address.
