Hello all,
CRM for ATC is not yet generally known. It's called TRM in most places.
The Dutch Military Air Traffic Control Centre is at this very moment starting
the implementation of TRM.
We are closely working together with Eurocontrol. They do have the knowledge
and experience.
Best you contact michael.woldring_at_eurocontrol.be He is the one who knows
all about it.
